Dear comrades,

I just got an 850,000$ grant from the GREATEST state of ALABAMA to implement the SECRET PROJECT!

So now that I have funding, I am in a position to let people stay longer if they need to roam into a ~3 year masters and/or want to be cautious about where they go next.

OR

If any of you are interested, I can sponsor a PHD student if they want to work on the SECRET PROJECT when it swings into full gear in the coming year, after graduating with a masters. I wanted to offer these positions to you folks first, the first few who signed the dotted line BEFORE my lab grew and gave birth.

But I also recognize that people want to branch out their mycelium and learn new things from others while exploring new territory. So there is no obligation to accept the above opportunity. My goal is to help you all get where you want to go and make you happy, and I hope your goal will be to do great science wherever you go.

I am now completely confident this project, once perfected and iterated over, will lead to a gigantic high impact publication and hopefully significant loots to fund new ideas of the future.
