Seismic Assault Deck

 John Beckmann Stampede Press’s                                                                                                     Seismic Assault Magic the Gathering Deck: In Response I Kill You…This legacy format deck revolves around the Seismic Assault Magic the Gathering Card which allows you to discard land cards in order to deal 2 damage to a target creature or player as well as Ovinomancer, which turns problem creatures into sheep and returns lands to your hand. The rest of the cards are basically card draw and lands. This is my best and favorite multiplayer deck that I have. It is easy to customize for your personal use or budget; the cards here are only about ($100), but it could be much cheaper or expensive depending on your own collection.

The reason that this deck is so successful is because of the psychological aspect of play. You basically sit there and deter all attacks with Ovinomancer while collecting land cards in your hand. Reliquary Tower will give you unlimited hand size. The Ravnica double dual lands are perfect because they will keep you mana supplied, while continuously allowing you to return lands to your hand. Then when someone does something you don’t like you discard all the lands in your hand and kill them in response. When you do this, everyone at the table will be shocked and they will be extremely scared to do anything to you… so it is basically a deck with a nuclear bomb… Super fun to play.
